I am a cake decorator who has done birthday cakes, baptism cakes, first communion cakes and a wedding cake. I also, am dabbling into creating fruit sweetened cakes using fruit juice concentrate boiled down to a honey like consistency instead of sugar. I use only unbleached flour and whole wheat flour. I also used expeller pressed oil, coconut oil and butter! Only natural ingredients go into my desserts. For cakes I can do this as well! :)
